Voluntary Change in Status. In the event an Employee's employment status voluntarily changes from benefit eligible (25+ hours) to non-benefit eligible (less than 25 hours) status, all School Board insurance contributions shall cease until the Employee again attains benefit eligible status, but the affected Employee shall be allowed to maintain coverage at his or her own expense during such non- benefit eligible status.

  • Change in Status ‌ In the event of any substantive change in its legal status, organizational structure, or fiscal reporting responsibility, Contractor will notify HCA of the change. Contractor must provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after such a change takes effect.
