Voluntary interns. Students who are not required to complete an internship can be employed as interns for a total of 6 months per calendar year for the purposes of their education. Employment as a voluntary intern is limited to a maximum of 18 months in a single company. The employer shall set a training plan for the duration of the internship. Voluntary interns shall receive a salary in the amount of 50% of the applicable entry level minimum basic salary according to Art. 15 III
