Voluntary quit. Discharge for just cause.
Voluntary quit. Failure to respond to a notice of recall as specified in Section 1(j) of this Article for regular work seven (7) consecutive days after receiving notice, or by mutual agreement.
Voluntary quit. If an employee wishes to terminate his/her employment, he/she may leave in good standing if he/she gives the College at least two (2) weeks’ advance notice.
Voluntary quit. Layoff for a period of more than one (1) year. A second year will be added upon written request of the employee prior to the expiration of the first year if the employee has more than two (2) years of seniority.
