Common use of Voluntary/Involuntary Quit Clause in Contracts

Voluntary/Involuntary Quit. Any employees who voluntarily terminate their employment prior to retirement or are terminated by the District for cause, will concede all benefits and privileges of their employment except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
