Common use of Voluntary Separation Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Separation. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the University from entering into an agreement of voluntary separation with an employee on terms mutually agreeable.

Voluntary Separation. 33.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the University from entering into an agreement of voluntary separation with an employee on terms mutually agreeableagreeable at any time so long as the value of such a package is not less than the money value provided in accordance with clause 36 Redundancy.
