Voluntary Termination by the Authority. The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before the Expiry Date for convenience. If the Authority wishes to terminate this Contract under this clause 34.1 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority), it must give a Termination Notice to the Contractor stating: that the Authority is terminating this Contract under this clause 34.1 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority); and that this Contract will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice, which must be a minimum of twenty (20) Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice. This Contract will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice referred to in clause 34.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority).
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before the Expiry Date by complying with its obligations under clauses 37.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority) to 37.1.3
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. 29.1.1 The Authority may terminate this Agreement at any time on or before the Expiry Date by complying with its obligations under clauses 29.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority).
29.1.2 If the Authority wishes to terminate this Agreement under this clause 29.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority), it must give a Termination Notice to the Contractor stating:-
(a) that the Authority is terminating this Agreement under this clause 29.1 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority);
(b) that this Agreement will terminate on the date falling twenty (20) Working Days after the date of receipt of the notice; and
(c) whether the Authority has chosen to exercise its option under clause 39 (Assets).
29.1.3 This Agreement will terminate on the date falling twenty (20) Working Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice referred to in clause 29.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority) above.
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. 73.1 The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before the Expiry Date by complying with its obligations under Clause 73.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority) below.
73.2 If the Authority wishes to terminate this Contract under this Clause 73 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority), it must give a notice to the Contractor stating:
73.2.1 that the Authority is terminating this Contract under this Clause 73 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority);
73.2.2 that this Contract will terminate on the date falling twenty (20) Business Days after the date of receipt of the notice; and
73.2.3 whether the Authority has chosen to exercise its option under Clause 73.3 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority) below.
73.3 On termination, the Authority shall have the option to require the Contractor to transfer its rights, title and interest in and to the Assets to the Authority or as directed by the Authority.
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. 51.1 The Authority may terminate this Agreement or any part thereof for convenience at any time on giving a Termination Notice to the Contractor. The amount of notice given affects the payments that the Authority is obliged to make as a consequence of termination, in accordance with Schedule 21 (Payments on Termination).
51.2 Unless otherwise stipulated by the Authority in the Termination Notice, any Services that have not commenced at the date of the Authority's Notice shall be cancelled automatically. From the termination date specified pursuant to Clause 54.1 (Effective Date of Expiry or Termination), the Authority shall not be liable for any Charges or other payments for such cancellation other than those outstanding and properly due in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at the termination date.
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before its Expiry Date by giving a Termination Notice to the Service Provider stating:
(a) that the Authority is terminating the Contract under this clause 31.8;
(b) that this Contract shall terminate on the date falling twenty (20) Business Days after the date of receipt of the notice; and
(c) whether the Authority elects not to have transfer of the Assets pursuant to clause 36.9 (Transfer of Assets) or wishes to purchase any Service Provider Equipment pursuant to clause 36.7 (Purchase of Service Provider Equipment), and this Contract shall terminate on the date falling twenty (20) days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice.
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. This Contract will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice referred to in clause 52.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority).
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. The Authority shall have an option to terminate the Contract on the 17th April 2014 upon the Authority giving not less than 4 months’ prior written notice to the Contractor to take effect on the 17th April 2014.
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. 36.1 The Authority may terminate the Project Agreement at any time on or before the Expiry Date by complying with its obligations under Clauses 36.2, 36.3 and 36.4 below.
36.2 If the Authority wishes to terminate the Project Agreement under this Clause 36 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority), it must give a Termination Notice to PPP Co. stating:
(a) that the Authority is Terminating the Project Agreement under this Clause 36 (Voluntary Termination by Authority); and
(b) that the Project Agreement will terminate on the date specified in the notice, which must be a minimum of thirty (30) Business Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice.
36.3 The Project Agreement will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice referred to in Clause 36.2 above.
36.4 In the event of Voluntary Termination by the Authority:
(a) the provisions of Clause 40 (Compensation on Termination) and Part 2 (Termination for Authority Default and Voluntary Termination) of Schedule 17 (Compensation on Termination) will apply; and
(b) PPP Co. will comply with Clauses 41.8(b) and 41.8(c) (Handback). 37. TERMINATION FOR FORCE MAJEURE, RISKS UNINSURABLE, CHANGE IN LAW AND SUBSTANTIAL MODIFICATION, MANDATORY EXCLUSION OR SERIOUS INFRINGEMENT
Voluntary Termination by the Authority. 37.2.1 The Authority may terminate this Agreement at any time on or before the Expiry Date in accordance with this Clause.
37.2.2 The Authority may terminate this Agreement at any time by 6 month’s notice in writing to the Contractor.
37.2.3 At any time while a Contractor Event of Default is outstanding the Authority may terminate this Agreement by notice (“Termination Notice”) to the Contractor stating:
(A) the breach in respect of which the notice is given; and
(B) that the Authority is terminating this Agreement under this clause; and
(C) that this Agreement will terminate on the date falling 180 days after the date of receipt of the notice.
37.2.4 Subject to the provisions of the Direct Agreement, this Agreement will terminate on the date falling 180 days after the date of receipt of a Termination Notice.
