Voluntary Termination by the Authority. The Authority may terminate this Contract at any time on or before the Expiry Date for convenience. If the Authority wishes to terminate this Contract under this clause 34.1 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority), it must give a Termination Notice to the Contractor stating: that the Authority is terminating this Contract under this clause 34.1 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority); and that this Contract will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice, which must be a minimum of twenty (20) Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice. This Contract will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice referred to in clause 34.1.2 (Voluntary Termination by the Authority).
