Volunteer Opportunities. A. Volunteers shall not do work normally assigned to bargaining unit members. No volunteer shall be engaged in activities which result in the replacement of currently employed workers (including reduction of hours); nor shall any volunteer prevent the employment of persons who would otherwise be hired.
