VPK Education Program. The ELC shall expend no more than 4 percent of funds paid by the ELC to private prekindergarten providers and public schools for VPK administrative costs. The ELC shall use such funds only for administering the VPK Education Program and not for SR or other programs (s. 1002.71(7), F.S.).
