W przypadku nie potwierdzenia jakości i przydatności zastosowania Dostaw lub jej części do zastosowania w ramach Inwestycji, koszt przeprowadzenia dodatkowej inspekcji lub testu ponosi Dostawca i w takim przypadku Dostawca nie będzie uprawniony do przedłużenia terminu realizacji Dostaw lub Prac.
