WAGE AND FRINGE BENEFIT. ALLOCATIONS: It is agreed the following wage increases shall become effective on: 6/1/2016 $1. 60 per hour – Classifications 1 & 2 $1.30 per hour – Classifications 3 & 4 $1.65 per hour – Classifications 1 & 2 $1.35 per hour – Classifications 3 & 4 $1.75 per hour – Classifications 1 & 2 $1.45 per hour – Classifications 3 & 4 $1.85 per hour – Classifications 1 & 2 $1.45 per hour – Classifications 3 & 4 $1.95 per hour – Classifications 1 & 2 $1.55 per hour – Classifications 3 & 4 *The June 1, 2016 economic increase of $1.60 (one dollar and sixty cents) is included in the wage rates identified for June 1, 2016, under Article IX, Section 9.1 CLASSIFICATION & WAGE RATES.
