Wages and Benefits, Working Hours. Compensation and benefits are to be remunerated in accordance with the fundamental principles relating to minimum wages, overtime hours and statutory benefits. Working hours must be in conformity with all applicable laws, industry standards or relevant ILO conventions. Overtime should be voluntary and employees must be granted at least one day off following six (6) consecutive working days.
