Wages & Hours. Terms and Conditions of Employment: The wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment on the Projects shall be governed by the Master Agreement of the respective crafts, copies of which shall be on file with the District, to the extent such Master Agreement is not inconsistent with this Agreement. Where a subject is covered by the Master Agreement and not covered in this Agreement, the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement will prevail. When a subject is covered by both the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement and this Agreement, to the extent there is any inconsistency, this Agreement will prevail.

Wages & Hours. (a) An apprentice’s wage will be scheduled by the Company to average no less than 60% of position four (4) of the wage scale for the trade during the term of the apprenticeship. The actual wage scale and progression will be detailed in each indenture and approved by the State. Candidates may receive credit for related work experience. Credit for previous schooling or work experience may be evaluated during the probationary period and then applied. Those awarded credit will be paid a commensurate rate of pay. In no case will any candidate receive credit for more than one-half the total hours of his apprenticeship.
