WAGES, JOB CLASSIFICATIONS. 9.01 The wage rates in effect for the duration of this Collective Agreement shall be as set forth in Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this Collective Agreement. Progression on the wage grid for full-time employees’ will be made on the employees’ anniversary date with the Employer. For regular part-time and casual employees’ progression will be based on hours of work, whereby 1500 hours = one (1) year of service.
