Grant of Parking Rights. So long as this Lease is in effect and provided Tenant is not in default hereunder, Landlord grants to Tenant and Tenant's Authorized Users (as defined below) a license to use the number and type of parking spaces designated in Subparagraph 1(s) subject to the terms and conditions of this Paragraph 32 and the Rules and Regulations regarding parking contained in Exhibit "H" attached hereto. Except as otherwise expressly set ----------- forth in Subparagraph 1(s), as consideration for the use of such parking spaces, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord or, at Landlord's election, directly to Landlord's parking operator, as additional rent under this Lease, the prevailing parking rate for each such parking space as established by Landlords in its discretion from time to time. Tenant agrees that all parking charges will be payable on a monthly basis concurrently with each monthly payment of Monthly Base Rent. Tenant agrees to submit to Landlord or, at Landlord's election, directly to Landlord's parking operator with a copy to Landlord, written notice in a form reasonably specified by Landlord containing the names, home and office addresses and telephone numbers of those persons who are authorized by Tenant to use Tenant's parking spaces on a monthly basis ("Tenant's Authorized Users") and shall use its best efforts to identify each vehicle of Tenant's Authorized Users by make, model and license number. Tenant agree to deliver such notice prior to the beginning of the Term of this Lease and to periodically update such notice as well as upon specific request by Landlord or Landlord's parking operator to reflect changes to Tenant's Authorized Users or their vehicles.

Grant of Parking Rights. That Article 1.1, Permanent Parking, is amended to read as follows:
Grant of Parking Rights. Accuride hereby makes available to Compass fifty (50) parking spaces on the Property in the locations noted on Exhibit A1-A attached hereto, to be used on a non-exclusive basis for any activities held at the Building. These parking spaces granted are subject to the overall limitation of parking rights for the Property granted under the Lease, and in no event shall this agreement grant additional parking rights above and beyond those set forth in the Lease.
Grant of Parking Rights. So long as this Lease is in effect and provided Tenant is not in default hereunder beyond any applicable notice and cure periods, Landlord grants to Tenant and Tenant's Authorized Users (as defined below) a license to use the number and type of parking spaces designated in Subparagraph 1(t) subject to the terms and conditions of this Paragraph 32 and the Rules and Regulations regarding parking contained in EXHIBIT "H" attached hereto. During the Option Term, as consideration for the use of such parking spaces, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord or, at Landlord's election, directly to Landlord's parking operator, as additional rent under this Lease, the standard parking rate then in effect for such parking area(s), if any, with the rate being established by Landlord in its discretion from time to time, but not to exceed the prevailing market parking rate for a similar project in the Tri-Valley Area for each such parking space; Tenant agrees that all parking charges will be payable on a monthly basis concurrently with each monthly payment of Monthly Base Xxxx.Xx used herein, the term "Authorized Users" shall mean those persons who are authorized by Tenant to use Tenant's parking spaces on a monthly basis.
Grant of Parking Rights. Subject to the other provisions of this Article I, BRE hereby grants the City the irrevocable and first priority right to use the Convention Center First Priority Parking Area (as defined below), for the parking of motor vehicles and related convention activities on an overflow basis only, if the parking areas within Parking Lot I and on any other land that the City now or hereafter uses for expansion of the Convention Center (the “Convention Center Parking Area”), are unable to accommodate such parking and activities, on days that the City has scheduled a convention or similar activity at the Convention Center (a “Convention Day”). As used herein, the term “Convention Center First Priority Parking Area” means one or more parking areas from time to time controlled by BRE (or its successors or assigns) that are located west of Ballpark Way and within 1,200 feet of the Convention Center, and that have the Required Number of paved and marked parking spaces. The “Required Number” of paved and marked parking spaces as of this date is 540; the Required Number shall never exceed 540, however, if the number of (surface or structured) parking spaces on the BRE Exchange Land or Convention Center Parking Area ever exceed 660, the Required Number shall be reduced by those parking spaces in excess of 660, but the reduction in the Required Number will last only for so long as the number of (surface or structured) parking spaces on the BRE Exchange Land or Convention Center Parking Area exceed 660. For example, if the total number of parking spaces on the BRE Exchange Land and Convention Center Parking Area is hereafter increased to 900 spaces, then the Required Number shall be 300 (900-660=240; 540-240=300). Distances under this article are measured as the shortest straight-line distance between the exterior of the Convention Center and the nearest edge of the parking area in question. The Convention Center First Priority Parking Area in effect as of the date of this Agreement is identified on Exhibit B hereto as the “Initial Required Spaces” in the southwest corner of Parking Lot F, which Parking Lot F consists of Xxx 0, Xxxxx X xx Xxx Xxxxxxxx Addition, and that portion of Xxx 0X, Xxxxx X xx Xxx Xxxxxxxx Addition, lying east of Legends Way (“Parking Lot F”). The Parties agree that each of Parking Lots F, G, M and N, as shown on Exhibit B hereto, are parking areas located west of Ballpark Way and within 1,200 feet of the Convention Center.
Grant of Parking Rights. So long as this Lease is in effect and provided Tenant is not in default hereunder after expiration of any applicable cure or notice period, Landlord grants to Tenant a license to use the number and type of parking spaces designated in Subparagraph 1(s) subject to the terms and conditions of this Paragraph 31, and the Rules and Regulations regarding parking contained in Exhibit ”E” attached hereto. Tenant agrees to submit to Landlord or, at Landlord’s election, directly to Landlord’s parking operator with a copy to Landlord, written notice in a form reasonably specified by Landlord containing the names, office addresses and telephone numbers of those persons who are authorized by Tenant to use Tenant’s parking spaces on a monthly basis (“Tenant’s Authorized Users”) and shall use its best efforts to identify each vehicle of Tenant’s Authorized Users by make, model and license number. Tenant agrees to deliver such notice prior to the beginning of the Term of this Lease and to periodically update such notice as well as upon specific request by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator to reflect changes to Tenant’s Authorized Users or their vehicles. Tenant will not use or allow any of Tenant’s Authorized Users to use any parking spaces which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or occupants or for other uses such as visitor parking or which have been designated by any governmental entity as being restricted to certain uses.
Grant of Parking Rights. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Parties, the City hereby grants to Owner the right to use the Land for the parking of Passenger Vehicles on available parking spaces (whether surface or structured) located thereon by Customers, Residents, Hotel Guests and Employees subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The City recognizes that the success of the Hotel Component and the Live! Component are dependent upon the availability of a sufficient number of parking spaces to support the parking needs of each such Component and, with the exception of Major District Events and Minor District Events, which are governed by Section 3.11 hereof, shall use reasonable efforts to assure that a sufficient number of parking spaces are available on the Land to fulfill the obligations of the City under this Agreement. The City and the Owner shall cooperate with each other and work together in good faith to adopt and implement practices, policies and procedures (including signage) that assure that the parking spaces located on the Land (with the exception of the parking spaces located in the Residential Parking Garages not including the Public Spaces in the Residential Parking Garages) serve the parking needs of the Live! Component, the Hotel Component, Major District Events and Minor District Events.
Grant of Parking Rights. Terrace hereby grants and conveys for the benefit of the Condo Tract, and to any successor owner of the Condo Tract, its assigns and designees, and their respective tenants, subtenants, residents and invitees (including the invitees of such tenants and subtenants) (collectively, the “Condo Tract Parties”) the right to park passenger vehicles using valet services within certain portions of the Office Tract parking area (the “Valet Parking Spaces”). The Office Tract owner shall have no obligation to police or enforce the rights to use the Valet Parking Spaces granted pursuant to this Agreement.
Grant of Parking Rights. Landlord shall provide a minimum of 45 parking spaces as per the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit G. Such parking shall be provided in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
