Common use of Waiver of Interest Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Interest. Each party hereto acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the principle of payment of interest is repugnant to the principles of Xxxxx’a and to the extent that any law or provision would impose (whether by contract or statute) an obligation to pay interest to any other person in relation to this Agreement, each party hereto waives and rejects the entitlement to recover interest from another person.
