Contract Schedule Development Sample Clauses

The Contract Schedule Development clause outlines the process and requirements for creating a detailed timeline for the execution of contractual obligations. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for drafting the schedule, the milestones and deadlines that must be included, and the approval process for finalizing the schedule. By establishing a clear and agreed-upon timeline, this clause helps ensure that all parties understand their time-related commitments and reduces the risk of delays or misunderstandings during the contract's performance.
