I further agree that the Releasees are not in any way responsible for any injury or damage that I sustain as a result of my own negligent acts.

Waiver of Liability; Indemnification. ▪ The parties agree that the Performer, and any agents and employees of the Performer, in performance of this application shall act and are acting in an independent capacity and not as officers, employees or agents of Blue Ridge Pride Center, Inc. ▪ Blue Ridge Pride Center, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to Performer’s equipment or other property. ▪ Participant hereby waives all claims and recourse against Blue Ridge Pride Center, Inc., including the right to contribution for loss or damage to persons or property in any way connected to this application, and/or to Performer’s participation in the Festival and Performer shall indemnify, and save harmless Blue Ridge Pride Center, Inc. from all claims due to any acts or omissions. Waiver of Liability / Indemnification (continued) ▪ Participant shall indemnify, defend, and save harmless Blue Ridge Pride Center, Inc., it's officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, suits or actions of every name, kind and description brought forth from, or on account of, injuries to or death of any person including, but not limited to, workers, and the public, or damage to property resulting from Performer’s participation in the Festival.

Parent and student hereby waives, releases, discharges, and covenants not to xxx studio, its owners, employees, agents or representatives of Applause Music Academy from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of, or related to, student’s participation in studio on-site or off-site lessons, events, or activities whether based in contract or tort. Parent and student agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Applause Music Academy, its instructors, owners, agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, attorney’s fees, costs, liabilities, or damages against studio arising out of student’s participation in studio programs. Media Consent. Parent and/or Student hereby consents to and authorizes Applause Music Academy to capture and use video-audio recordings and photographic images of Student and Student’s musical performances and quoted statements in print, electronic, or online media, for educational and School promotional purposes only, without any compensation to Parent or Student. Parent and/or Student agrees to waive and release any and all claims Parent may have against Studio relating to the use of these recordings, images, or statements. This Consent is binding upon all heirs and future legal representatives. The Academy will not personally identify a minor child by full name in connection with a video recording or photographic image of the child, unless the Academy receives separate written signed consent from the Parent.

(a) ACN hereby waives, releases and discharges Buyer and its directors, officers, employees, stockholders, Affiliates and agents (each, a "Buyer Indemnified Person" and collectively, the "Buyer Indemnified Persons") from any and all claims or demands which ACN may have or acquire against any of the Buyer Indemnified Persons with respect to any claim for any Damages incurred or sustained by any of the Buyer Indemnified Persons arising out of, resulting from or based upon the actions (or inactions) of ACN, its Affiliates or the Representatives in selling the Energy Products and otherwise performing their obligations hereunder, other than as a result of the breach of this Agreement or the gross negligence, bad faith, willful misconduct or criminal conduct of such Buyer Indemnified Person.

Tenant waives all claims and causes of action against Landlord, its partners, property managers, advisors, mortgagees, and ground landlords and each of their respective officers, managers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Landlord Parties”) for any damage to persons or property in any way relating to Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises, or the condition of the Premises or Building, or land beneath all or any part of any of them, except to the extent such claim arises out of Landlord’s or Landlord Parties’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. Tenant will indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Landlord and
