WAIVER OF PERMIT FEES. Subject to and in accordance with this Agreement, the County hereby agrees to waive all fees associated with acquiring the necessary building permit, plan review, plumbing permit, sprinkler system permit for development of the property. The estimated amount of permit fees to be waived is approximately N/A.
WAIVER OF PERMIT FEES. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree to a waiver of local building permit fees in connection with the Project, the availability of such incentive being an important factor under consideration by the Company in determining the feasibility of the proposed Project from a financial standpoint.

Except as provided herein, Owner shall pay all other applicable fees, including but not limited to non-Village fees, such as but not limited to and fees imposed by the Downers Grove Sanitary District, as well as fees of the Village not considered building and related construction permit fees, such as the Park and School Donation fee.
