Waiver of Right to Xxx. Except for the Company’s promises and obligations contained in the CIC Agreement, the Executive further agrees, promises and covenants that neither the Executive, nor any person, organization, or any other entity acting on the Executive’s behalf will file, charge, claim, xxx or cause or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for damages or other relief (including injunctive, declaratory, monetary relief or other) against the Company, involving any matter occurring in the past up to the Effective Date of this Agreement or involving any continuing effects of actions or practices which arose prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. Indemnitor waives any and all rights to now or hereafter commence or prosecute any Claims against Releasees. By agreeing to this Indemnity, Release and Waiver, Agreement (the “Waiver”), Indemnitor understands that he/she is expressly waiving and releasing the Releasees from any actions, claims or suits for injuries, death, pain, suffering, loss, property damage or any other harm that may arise or is sustained by Participant as a direct or indirect result of Participant’s participation in any activities of THE PARKWAY BANK SPORTS COMPLEX , wherever or however they may occur.

Xxxxx'x employment.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. You release Eternal Empire, its Affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute with any user of any of the Website or Services, or arising in any way from content posted to any of the Website by any third party.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is lost or damaged during THE EVENT, or if I suffer psychological or emotional harm or otherwise am in any way dissatisfied with THE EVENT, that I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit on the basis of any claim from which I have released THE EVENT, its organizers, leaders, facilitators, volunteers, or participants, as stated in No. 13 above. If at any point I should dispute the terms of this liability release, I agree that any claims relating to this release shall be settled by binding arbitration in the U.S. state of Virginia or another location mutually agreeable to the parties.

1. HOLD NAMES, IDENTITIES AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCES CONFIDENTIAL: I agree to forever keep confidential all names and identifying information of those participating in the A Woman Who Loves experiential personal-growth program, whether as participants or leaders, facilitators or volunteers, without their express permission, or unless they themselves have first made public, of their own volition, their personal involvement in the program. I agree to forever keep confidential any and all aspects of what others (leaders, facilitators and volunteers as well as participants) experience at THE EVENT and anything they may choose to disclose about themselves.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. I waive my right to the possibility of contact with plants, animals, or insects that could cause stings, allergic reactions, bites or other injury. However unlikely, participation in the CG Activities may involve known and unknown and unforeseeable risks, including severe injury, or even death, to myself or third parties, or damage to property owned by me or by others.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. Except for a suit to enforce the Xxxxx Savings Entities’promises and obligations contained in this Agreement, Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx further agrees, promises and covenants that neither he, nor any person, organization, or any other entity acting on his behalf will file, charge, claim, xxx or cause or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for damages or other relief (including injunctive, declaratory, monetary relief or other) against the Xxxxx Savings Entities, involving any matter occurring in the past up to the Effective Date of this Agreement or involving any continuing effects of actions or practices which arose prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement or the termination of Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx’s employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx does not waive his right to participate in a lawsuit in the event that an action is brought by the shareholders of the Corporation against the Corporation.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. XXXXXX represents and agrees not to file a suit, charge, complaint, demand, action or otherwise assert any claims against VS with respect to any matter relating to, or arising from, XXXXXX'x employment with VS or the termination of that employment that he has released under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit XXXXXX from participating in any Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) investigation or proceeding and/or from filing a charge with the EEOC or any other administrative agency, to the extent such a right is protected by law. However, XXXXXX acknowledges that he shall not be entitled to any legal or equitable relief (including, but not limited to, monetary relief) from any such proceeding or charge.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my, or the minor participant’s right to maintain a lawsuit against SHOCKWAVE or any RELEASEES, on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
