Waiver/Supersede Contrary Provisions. The parties agree that to the extent the provisions of this article conflict with or contradict master agreement language and/or state law, the terms of this article prevail and will be applied to retired teachers employed by the Board.

The parties agree that to the extent the provisions of this article conflict with or contradict master agreement language and/or state law, the terms of this article prevail and will be applied to retired teachers employed by the Board, including but not limited to ORC 3319.08, 3319.11, 3317.13 and 3317.14.
