Use of Camera’s. Cameras may be brought into and used inside the Hall for private (but not commercial) purposes provided that no nuisance or annoyance is occasioned.

Use of Camera’s. The Board of Education has the right to install cameras as it deems necessary for the protection, safety and security of students, employees and property. The content created by such cameras may be reviewed in order to view the circumstances giving rise to a specific event and if employee misconduct is discovered, an employee may be subject to discipline. If discipline is implicated by such a review, the employee will be notified of the alleged misconduct within a reasonable time of the discovery. The employee will be afforded an opportunity to review the content related to the employee and present the employee’s side of the incident prior to any discipline. The language of this provision is not intended to create any individual right to privacy other than that already provided as a matter of law.
Use of Camera’s. The Employer maintains surveillance cameras to capture activities on the Employer premises and in work areas. The parties recognize that the Employer uses surveillance cameras within the store primarily to protect Employer property and to ensure the security of the store. Store cameras will not be used for the sole purpose of surveilling employees. The parties agree that images obtained from the cameras can be used as evidence when conducting investigations that may lead to discipline. Accordingly, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union any evidence obtained from any surveillance camera which the Employer uses to justify the imposition of discipline, upon request.
Use of Camera’s. The School Committee authorizes the use of security cameras in school district buildings and its property to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all students, staff and visitors, to deter theft, vandalism and other negative behavior, to safeguard district buildings, grounds and equipment and to monitor unauthorized individuals in or on school property. Security cameras/surveillance equipment will not be used for the purpose of evaluating bargaining unit members.
Use of Camera’s. The Corporation confirms that the use of cameras installed on vehicles and properties are for the purpose of ensuring employees’ and the public safety as well as for the protection of the Corporation’s facilities and property. The Corporation also confirms that cameras installed in vehicles and properties shall not be used for the purpose of monitoring an employee’s performance. The Corporation further confirms that the cameras will not be used in disciplining of employees for violations of Corporation rules and policies, up to and including arbitrations, except in cases where such violations are criminal in nature or involve written public complaints resulting in formal investigations. Use of Camera’s. Observations for the purpose of evaluation will not be electronically recorded unless required pursuant to the Resident Educator program. Moreover, surveillance camera video will not be used for purposes of conducting observations pursuant to this Article. Surveillance camera video shall not be used as the initiating cause for investigation regarding discipline. It shall only be used to confirm or deny reasonable suspicions (for example, a complaint has been filed regarding a specific event) of behavior subject to discipline. Bargaining unit members shall be aware of the accusation prior to video begin viewed and shall be present when viewed by administration.
Use of Camera’s. The SROs shall be assigned body worn camera (BWC) equipment issued by the PPD and be properly trained in its functions and procedures before use. The SROs will activate the BWC only when responding to cases of suspected criminal activity or when assisting school personnel with matters that may result in disorderly or otherwise disruptive behavior, or as otherwise consistent with PPD policy and law. SROs shall inform persons being involved that they are being recorded as soon as is practical and safe to do so. The SRO’s BWC will not be operated covertly, and the light indicating that the BWC is recording shall be visible whenever the SRO’s BWC is activated on school property.

  • Use of websites (a) The Guarantor may satisfy its obligation to deliver any public information to the Lenders by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Guarantor and the Administrative Agent (the “Designated Website”) by notifying the Administrative Agent (i) of the address of the website together with any relevant password specifications and (ii) that such information has been posted on the website; provided, that in any event the Guarantor shall supply the Administrative Agent with one copy in paper form of any information which is posted onto the website. (b) The Administrative Agent shall supply each Lender with the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website following designation of that website by the Guarantor and the Administrative Agent. (c) The Guarantor shall promptly upon becoming aware of its occurrence notify the Administrative Agent if: (i) the Designated Website cannot be accessed due to technical failure; (ii) the password specifications for the Designated Website change; (iii) any new information which is required to be provided under this Guaranty is posted onto the Designated Website; (iv) any existing information which has been provided under this Guaranty and posted onto the Designated Website is amended; or (v) the Guarantor becomes aware that the Designated Website or any information posted onto the Designated Website is or has been infected by any electronic virus or similar software. If the Guarantor notifies the Administrative Agent under Section 8.3(c)(i) or Section 8.3(c)(v) above, all information to be provided by the Guarantor under this Guaranty after the date of that notice shall be supplied in paper form unless and until the Administrative Agent is satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the notification are no longer continuing.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law.   • Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-­‐accredited registrar.
