Warehouse management including safety stock The supplier must specify the sufficient amount of finished goods safety stock depending on the supply frequency and the internal batch size. BBAC has the right to define safety stock if there is a risk for BBAC production. As reference BBAC expects the stock of two weeks finished goods and four weeks raw materials for a local supplier. The supplier must stock raw materials in sufficient quantities depending on the replacement lead time. The supplier must be able to demonstrate his current level of finished goods on hand in a transparent manner. BBAC can request to get a daily stock level from the supplier. Possibilities to ensure the transparency of warehouse stock level: • Barcode system • Visual indicators • Kanban system The supplier must ensure FIFO and unique identification of all materials throughout all processes. The warehouse space must be sufficient to store finished goods and raw materials required by BBAC. Other warehouse management possibilities have to be confirmed by BBAC. BBAC has the right to specify the warehouse management system. If the supplier does not fulfill the above mentioned requirements, BBAC has the right to request a separated storage location for BBAC parts.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Emergency Management The plan shall also address the assumption of operations of the program or facility by Department in the event of Contractor's bankruptcy or financial insolvency or if Contractor is unable to operate the facility.
