包装设计和审核. (1) 设 计 在考虑成本效益和物流过程安全的前提下供应商负责提供一次性包装或周转器具开发。包装设计应该满足运输,厂内使用,线边使用,零件质量,码放,装卸,XXXX 尺寸标准,每个包装只能盛放一种零件等。如果包装设计无法满足上述要求,BBAC 有权指定其它包装公司为供应商进行包装或周转器具开发。 (2) 审 核 • 供应商需要按照如下时间要求完成包装确认。最终从 PT1 开始使用正式包装供货,包装方案数据必须在 PT1 之前固定(除了包装工程师要求的非常特殊的零件)。任何由供应商原因造成的方案确认和使用的延误,BBAC 将向供应商收取由此产生的一切费用。 • 包装确认过程中的包装试验和评审产生的费用由供应商自行承担。(包含包装样品,零件样品,物流费等)(零件样品可使用不影响测试的不良品) 3.3.2 包装问题和改善 如须改变包装方案,供应商须根据 BBAC 的要求进行相关变更。任何包装方案的改变须得到 BBAC 的授权。任何未经批准的包装方案,BBAC 将向供应商收取由此产生的一切费用。

  • Test Samples The Contractor is responsible for providing Samples of sufficient size for test purposes and for coordinating such tests with the Work Progress Schedule to avoid delay.

  • Case Study Upon Surgi-Vision’s prior written consent in each Instance, Cedara may devise a case-study of any Custom Engineering Services Projects, and may use such case-study for marketing of its engineering services to third parties.

  • The Study 2.1The parties must comply with, and conduct the Study in accordance with, the Protocol and any conditions of the Reviewing HREC. In addition the parties must comply with the following, as applicable:

  • Free Trial If Customer uses a Free Trial Service, PROS will make such Free Trial Service available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer agreed to use such Free Trial Service, (b) the start date of any Subscription Service purchased by Customer for the same service, or (c) termination of the Free Trial Service by PROS in its sole discretion. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding. Free Trial Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use. Customer shall have sole responsibility and PROS assumes no liability for any Customer Data that Customer may choose to upload on the Free Trial Services.   • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

  • Biological Samples If so specified in the Protocol, Institution and Principal Investigator may collect and provide to Sponsor or its designee Biological Samples (“Biological Samples”). 12.2.
