If you follow the instructions and the software is properly licensed, the software will perform substantially as des cribed in the Microsoft materials that you receive in or with the software, except to the extent such materials relate to Windows media functionality (see Section 9 above). Microsoft or manufacturer provide no warranty whatsoever with respect to Window s media functionality.
