Common use of WARRANTY ON SERVICE STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY ON SERVICE STANDARDS. Contractor represents and warrants that all Services, if any, shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, and in the event that such Services are covered by professional or industry standards then the Services shall be performed according to the highest applicable professional and/or industry standards.

WARRANTY ON SERVICE STANDARDS. Contractor represents and warrants that all Servicesservices required to be performed, if any, shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, and in the event that such Services are covered by professional or industry standards then the Services shall be performed according to accordance with the highest applicable professional and/or or industry standards.

WARRANTY ON SERVICE STANDARDS. Contractor represents and warrants that that: (i) Contractor shall perform all Services, if any, shall be performed Services in a good and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with the event that such Services are covered by highest applicable professional or industry standards then within the time line established in this Contract; and (ii) Contractor shall at all times during the term of this Contract utilize only personnel to perform the Services shall be performed according to the highest applicable professional and/or industry standardswho are properly qualified, competent, and current with all necessary licenses and certifications.
