Warranty Pass Through. Contractor shall assign to County to the fullest extent permitted by law or by this Agreement, and shall otherwise ensure that the benefits of any applicable warranty or indemnity offered by any manufacturer of any Third Party Software component or any other product or service provided hereunder shall fully extend to and be enjoyed by County.
Warranty Pass Through. The Company is permitted to provide to its end-users the warranty granted to it hereunder. The Company hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MCD for any warranty or representation made by the Company that exceeds or that is otherwise inconsistent with such warranty.

Warranty Pass Through. Subject to Section 7.2 above, Ciena shall pass through to each End User Supplier’s manufacturer’s warranty for the Products, as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto (or as otherwise may be mutually agreed by the Parties), and Supplier shall honor the same. Ciena shall not make any representation or warranty on behalf of Supplier other than as set forth in this Article 7 and in Exhibit C. Supplier shall be solely responsible for warranty service on and replacements for the Products.

Warranty Pass Through. Upon the resale of Products purchased hereunder, OEM is required to pass through to its customer(s) a document with terms and conditions equivalent to Appendix D - Warranties and Limitation of Remedies. This pass through applies to those Products purchased from CAC and resold by OEM without alteration, modification, assembly with other manufacturer's equipment or re-labeling by OEM.
Warranty Pass Through. Supplier shall be entitled to the full --------------------- benefit of any warranty provided by a supplier of Key Ingredient to GWI, unless prohibited by the terms of any written contract between GWI and such supplier. If an event occurs relating to such a warranty, at its sole discretion, GWI may either (i) assume all responsibility for all communications with the supplier and ensuring performance of the warranty, or (ii) promptly assign to Supplier its claims under any such warranty relating to Supplier's complaints, provided that in such event GWI shall be relieved from any liability with respect to such claim and Supplier shall inform GWI as to the status and resolution of such claims.
Warranty Pass Through. Supplier will be responsible for and provide to Dot Hill the benefits of any and all warranties (including any protection obtained for epidemic or unexpected failures or other quality failures of components included in Products) obtained from its component or other suppliers for all component materials and services included in or furnished for the Products. Supplier shall provide, upon request by Dot Hill, all relevant information regarding the party, scope and terms of all such warranties. Supplier shall not negotiate the modification of a component or service vendor's warranty to the detriment of Dot Hill, without the prior written consent of Dot Hill. For [...***...] to be purchased by Supplier for inclusion in the Products and on the current AVL, the period of standard warranties available to Supplier are [...***...], respectively. Supplier shall not request for such periods to be shortened for [...***...] purchased by Supplier for inclusion in the Products without first obtaining the prior written consent of Dot Hill. Supplier also hereby grants the right to Dot Hill to enforce the warranties which are received by Supplier from other parties for those components or raw materials included in the Products that are supplied to Dot Hill under this Agreement if Supplier fails to do so in a prompt and reasonable manner.
