  • Maternity Adoption and Parental Leave The following in part reflects the provisions of the Employment Standards Act on these matters. In all cases of dispute, and where the Act as amended from time to time is superior, the provisions of the Act will prevail.

If Administrator fails to provide, or reimburse or pay for, a service that is covered under this Agreement within sixty-one (61) days after You provide proof of loss, or if the Administrator becomes insolvent or otherwise financially impaired, You may file a claim directly with the Insurer for reimbursement, payment, or provision of the service.

  • Coverage Under the State Dental Plan The State Dental Plan will provide the following coverage:

  • COBRA/Rhode Island Extended Benefits (XXXX) If this plan is provided to you under COBRA or XXXX, and you are covered under another plan as an employee, retiree, or dependent of an employee or retiree, the plan covering you as an employee, retiree or dependent of an employee or retiree will be primary and the COBRA or XXXX plan will be the secondary plan.
