Waste Collections Team. This subclause will apply unless it contradicts with any legislative requirements such as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW). You must take your meal break in accordance with this subclause unless you have approval from Waste Collections Management for other arrangements. You are entitled to a 30 minute unpaid meal break in the first 5 hours of continuous work.
