Legislative Requirements definition

Legislative Requirements means the relevant legislation, regulations, rules and codes and other associated documents applicable to the Services in the country where the Services are taking place.
Legislative Requirements means any applicable law, statute, bye-law, regulation, order, consent, permit, approval, regulatory policy, guidance or industry code, rule of court or directives or requirements of any Regulatory Body, delegated or subordinate legislation or notice of any Regulatory Body;
Legislative Requirements means Acts, Regulations, local laws and by-laws, Codes of Practice and any other instruments made under any Act or subordinate legislation, whether State or Federal, which are in any way applicable to the delivery of the Principal’s Requirements;
