Wastewater Rates. After Closing, Xxxxxx non-residential customers shall be placed on Illinois-American’s Sheet 37 wastewater tariff and Xxxxxx residential customers shall pay a monthly wastewater service charge of $24.70 and monthly wastewater usage charges of $0.1936 per 100 gallons for usage over 1,000 gallons, and shall be subject to all wastewater taxes, fees, surcharges, and credits reflected in Illinois-American’s tariffs; provided, however, that for a period not to exceed three (3) monthly billing cycles immediately after Closing, Xxxxxx residential wastewater customers shall pay a flat monthly rate of rate of $31.68 until individual customer meters shall have been installed as set forth in Section 6.9(a). The foregoing rates are subject to the approval of the ICC. The foregoing rates set forth in Section 6.9(a) and (b) shall continue until such time as Illinois-American shall apply the rates supported by a full cost of service study, with such cost of service study rates shall be applied no earlier than January 1, 2023, all subject to the approval of the ICC.
