Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators Grade License. During the term of the MOU agreement, when not required by the employee’s specification, the City will pay those employees who have a current Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's Certification Grade III License or above $75.00 per month. Employees who possess a higher-grade certificate than what is required in their assigned job classification shall also be eligible for this pay. For example, if an employee is classified by the City as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator I and possesses a State Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator II certification, he/she is eligible for this pay. For part-time employees, please refer to Article 6.4 regarding Pro-Rata Benefits.

  • Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.
