Term of the MOU. This MOU covers the period of August 10, 2022 to June 1, 2023, and may be extended year to year upon written mutual agreement. The intent is that extension will be renegotiated 30 days prior to the expiration of the MOU.
Term of the MOU. Unless terminated as provided for in Section V (C), this MOU will become effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this MOU, and end on December 31, 2025. The Parties may renew this MOU for one additional five-year term by executing a written amendment. Data will not be shared among Parties without a written agreement in place. If the agreement expires then data sharing will cease.
Term of the MOU. The term of the MOU (“MOU Period”) will commence on the Effective Date and continue until Cape Elizabeth’s Town Council (the “Council”) authorizes a Notice to Proceed for CCAG to begin construction and the Town and CCAG enter into a formal, binding written agreement. Said agreement will supersede At construction, this MOU will be superseded by a definitive agreement(s) that and will contemplates both the construction period and the donation/transfer of CCA at project commissioning. Amendments to this MOU may be made via mutual written agreement by both Parties.
Term of the MOU. The term of the MOU (“MOU Period”) will commence on the Effective Date and continue until Cape Elizabeth’s Town Council (the “Council”) authorizes a Notice to Proceed for CCAG to begin construction and the Town and CCAG enter into a formal, binding written agreement to define the terms of the construction period and the donation/transfer of CCA at project commissioning. Said agreement will supersede this MOU. If authorization of the Notice to Proceed and execution of the written agreement are not completed within 24 months of the Effective Date, this MOU shall expire. Amendments to this MOU may be made via mutual written agreement by both Parties. Despite the non-binding nature of this MOU, Sections VIII and IX are binding with respect to the Indemnification and Liability provisions contained therein.
Term of the MOU. The term of this MOU begins when this MOU is executed by both parties and ends on June 30, 2023, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms contained herein.
Term of the MOU. This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU. This MOU shall remain in full force and effect for not longer than one year or until the two parties open negotiations in 2024.
Term of the MOU. This MOU shall become effective on the date it is fully executed by both parties, and it shall remain in effect until December 31, 2030 unless terminated pursuant to Section 24 of this MOU.
Term of the MOU. This MOU shall expire on June 30, 2007 unless extended by mutual agreement. Both parties agree to periodically review the terms and conditions of the MOU, which may be mutually modified, by June 30, 2004, in order to properly plan for the 2005 Legislative Session and by June 30, 2006, in order to properly plan for the 2007 Legislative Session.
Term of the MOU. This document may be reviewed on a regular basis, or at the time leadership changes. It can be reviewed when:
a) the Library Board is appointed;
b) a Chief Executive Officer is hired; and/or
