Water Quality Goal. We support this goal language with one minor change. Goal should read, “Reduce pollutants to achieve the water quality necessary to support the aquatic living resources of the Bay and its tributaries and protect human health.” We also support the current outcomes but believe that the following additional outcomes should be seriously considered.
