Minor Change definition

Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;
Minor Change means a Change during the Contract Period to operational and administrative procedures but which is not a Material Change;

  • The PERFORMING PARTY must provide TCEQ with a written objection to any Minor Change no later than five (5) business days from the effective date of the Minor Change.

  • The TCEQ, in reimbursing the PERFORMING PARTY, may reduce the amount of authorized incremental costs eligible for reimbursement, by the value of any additional financial incentive received by the PERFORMING PARTY without a Written Amendment or Minor Change to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Minor Change

Minor Change means a change in type design that has no appreciable effect on the mass, balance, structural strength, reliability, operational characteristics, noise, fuel venting, exhaust emission, or other characteristics affecting the airworthiness of the civil aeronautical product;
