Water/Sewer. The Concessionaire will contract with and make payment directly to the provider for the meter at the Visitor Center Pepper Creek Terrace Facility. The Department will pay water and sewer fees for all remaining Facilities at the Park.

(If applicable):, the Escrow Agent shall withhold $ from Sellers proceeds for Seller’s FINAL Water and Sewer bills, until Seller furnishes Escrow Agent with a paid receipt showing water and sewer are paid to date of transfer, upon receipt of proof of payment, Escrow Agent shall refund the $ hold to the Seller or as herein noted:

Water/Sewer telephone and radio and television signal distribution” constitute common elements. Thus, the Casa Declaration specifies that drains and cable television wires are common elements if they “are utilized for or serve more than one apartment” or they are “over, under and across the project.” Reviewed de novo, the record does not reflect whether the drains and cable television wires for which expenses were incurred are parts of specific apartments or are common elements or limited common elements. Therefore, based on the record before us, summary judgment was inappropriately granted.
Water/Sewer. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the rent or charge, which may, during the Term , be assessed or imposed for the water used or consumed in or on the Premises, whether determined by meter or otherwise, and will also pay the expenses for the setting of a water meter in the Premises should the latter be required. Tenant shall pay the sewer rent or charge imposed upon the premises. All such rents or charges or expenses shall be paid as Additional Rent. Landlord shall provide Tenant with at least ten (10) days written notice in advance of any required payment therefor and such rents or charges or expenses shall be added to the next month’s Base Rent to become due after Tenant’s receipt of a timely notice from Landlord.
Water/Sewer. The Authority shall provide potable water and sewer to the Premises only by means of plumbing installations in existence at the commencement of the Term.
