Common use of Watercraft Clause in Contracts

Watercraft. (1) Owned entirely or partially by, or rented to, any of you if it has motor power of more than 50 total horsepower; or (2) Owned entirely or partially by, or rented to, any of you if it is a sailing vessel 26 feet or more in length. This exclusion does not apply to bodily injury to a residence employee arising out of and in the course of employment by any of you.
