Way Freight Handling. A. The Railway will arrange their wayfreight train service to avoid the handling of shed freight at night or on Sundays. No wayfreight will be started before 0400 hours or later than 1200 hours, and trainmen will be permitted to discontinue the handling of shed freight after 2000 hours. B. Trainmen will not be required to put freight in warehouses or sheds, except in cases of stress of weather, perishable freight, or an exceptional heavy piece. At points where freight is handled directly between cars and warehouse, also where there are no Agents and shelter is provided, freight will be housed.
