Way Freight Handling. A. The Railway will arrange their wayfreight train service to avoid the handling of shed freight at night or on Sundays. No wayfreight will be started before 0400 hours or later than 1200 hours, and trainmen will be permitted to discontinue the handling of shed freight after 2000 hours.
