WCMRC Fees and Payment. (a) WCMRC Fees means all fees charged by WCMRC for carrying out Marine Spill Response Services including, but not limited to, equipment (owned, non-owned or leased) costs, overhead costs, salaries, wages and benefits paid to personnel, food, lodging and travel costs for personnel, fees paid to contractors, fees paid to mutual aid partners or any other parties, and the costs of demobilization.
WCMRC Fees and Payment. 6.1 WCMRC Fees (a) WCMRC Fees means all fees charged by WCMRC for carrying out Marine Spill Response Services including, but not limited to, equipment (owned, non-owned or leased) costs, overhead costs, salaries, wages and benefits paid to personnel, food, lodging and travel costs for personnel, fees paid to contractors, fees paid to mutual aid partners or any other parties, and the costs of demobilization. (b) Without limiting the foregoing, where WCMRC has published a schedule of fees in respect of any of the items referred to in Section 6.1(a), the costs associated with those items will be in accordance with the most currently published schedule. (c) Schedules of WCMRC Fees are subject to change from time to time and the current WCMRC Fees are available upon request. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that it has had the opportunity to request and review the current fee schedules and agrees that same are fair and reasonable.
