WCMRC Fees definition

WCMRC Fees has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.1 of this Agreement;

WCMRC Fees means all fees charged by WCMRC for providing Marine Spill Response Services including, but not limited to, equipment charges (for owned, non-owned or leased equipment including for repair and replacement of equipment), overhead costs, salaries, wages and benefits paid to personnel, food, lodging and travel costs for personnel, fees paid to contractors or subcontractors, fees paid to mutual aid partners or any other parties, and the costs of Demobilization.

Examples of WCMRC Fees in a sentence

  • Subscriber represents and warrants to WCMRC that Subscriber has the financial capability to pay the Subscriber Fees, as well as any WCMRC Fees and Taxes which may accrue in the course of carrying out Marine Spill Response Services under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, at any time during the Term, WCMRC may request, as security for Subscriber’s obligations hereunder (including without limitation payment of WCMRC Fees), a deposit or other collateral or security as WCMRC, in its sole discretion, may require.

  • Marine Spill Response Services shall only be provided by WCMRC if Subscriber has paid all outstanding Subscriber Fees, WCMRC Fees and Taxes.

  • Operator shall retain in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices, all books, records and accounts pertaining to Operator’s obligations under this Agreement as may be necessary to conduct an audit to verify that the Membership Fees, WCMRC Fees and Taxes were properly charged in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and to verify Operator’s compliance with this Agreement.

  • Marine Spill Response Services shall only be provided by WCMRC if Operator has paid all outstanding Membership Fees, WCMRC Fees and Taxes.

  • The rest of East Asia, with the exceptions of Brunei, Macau, Myanmar and the Philippines, has been able to grow significantly faster than Japan in the decades of the 1980s and 1990s.

  • Upon such notice being provided, WCMRC shall cease to provide the Marine Spill Response Services or any portion thereof, and shall carry out any required demobilization activities, at Subscriber’s cost, and Subscriber shall pay all outstanding WCMRC Fees (including all demobilization activity costs) and Taxes.

  • Subscriber shall pay all outstanding WCMRC Fees and Taxes, including those charged in connection with Demobilization.

  • We require that students and parents or guardians read, accept and sign the following rules for acceptable online behavior.

  • Each Work Order for work subsequent to the initial response to an Initial Request shall include a description of the Marine Spill Response Services to be performed by WCMRC, an estimate of the WCMRC Fees payable in connection with the Marine Spill Response Services, an email address to which invoices may be sent to Subscriber, and any other information required under Section 6.3 of this Agreement.

Related to WCMRC Fees

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]
