We will notify you of any changes. We shall consider you and the Company as having accepted the changes if you keep or use the Card after you receive our notice. If you or the Company do not wish to accept any of the changes, you or the Company may terminate this Agreement by cutting the Card in half and returning the parts to us together with a written request to cancel the Card. We may then refund to the Card Member a pro-rata portion of the annual fee.
