Wear and Tear Allowance. Employees who are authorized to use their personal vehicle to transport work crews, clients, young offenders, or heavy equipment or who are required to drive their vehicle on off-road conditions shall be eligible for a service use allowance of $4.50 per day in addition to the allowances specified in this Article.
