The Employer agrees where possible during periods of poor air quality as deemed by the Federal or Provincial Ministry and communicated through the Medical Officer of Health or designate for the City of Xxxxxxxx; extreme cold or extreme condition of heat that the Employer shall make reasonable effort to provide relief periods in appropriate environments.
