Weather Radar. At least two (2) East Coast and one (1) West Coast Lear 00 aircraft shall have a weather radar system. Bendix Model 1300 or equivalent (approved by the Government must be capable of being used is an IFF integrator display. This CFE requirement will be coordinated with the Contractor prior to award of the contract. This weather radar display is used as the TEC-60 IFF integrator display. The modified cable will be installed by the Government.

Weather Radar. Weather radar shall be used via an internet based site, which will give short range forecast up to 3 hours in advance and with the facility to time-step the movement of the prevailing weather conditions. The radar improves the accuracy of assessing the timing, nature and intensity of precipitation, particularly snowfall.

  • Strikes and Lockouts The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.

  • Labor Difficulties There is no labor strike, slowdown, stoppage or lockout actually pending, or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened against the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has experienced any material labor strike, slowdown, stoppage or lockout during the past three (3) years.

  • Interruptions There shall be no abatement of rent and Lessor shall not be liable in any respect whatsoever for the inadequacy, stoppage, interruption or discontinuance of any utility or service due to riot, strike, labor dispute, breakdown, accident, repair or other cause beyond Lessor's reasonable control or in cooperation with governmental request or directions.

  • Unavailability In the event that the Administrative Agent shall have determined in good faith (i) that U.S. dollar deposits in the principal amounts requested with respect to a Eurodollar Loan are not generally available in the London interbank Eurodollar market or (ii) that reasonable means do not exist for ascertaining the Eurodollar Rate, the Administrative Agent shall, as soon as practicable thereafter, give notice of such determination to the Borrowers and the Lenders. In the event of any such determination under clauses (i) or (ii) above, until the Administrative Agent shall have advised the Borrowers and the Lenders that the circumstances giving rise to such notice no longer exist, (A) any request by a Borrower for Eurodollar Loans shall be deemed to be a request for Base Rate Loans (or Absolute Rate Competitive Bid Loans, as the case may be), and (B) any request by a Borrower for conversion into or continuation of Eurodollar Revolving Loans shall be deemed to be a request for conversion into or continuation of Base Rate Loans.

  • Earthquake including land shock waves or tremors before, during or after a volcanic eruption;

  • Benchmark Unavailability Period Upon the Borrower’s receipt of notice of the commencement of a Benchmark Unavailability Period, the Borrower may revoke any pending request for a SOFR Borrowing of, conversion to or continuation of SOFR Loans to be made, converted or continued during any Benchmark Unavailability Period and, failing that, the Borrower will be deemed to have converted any such request into a request for a Borrowing of or conversion to Base Rate Loans. During a Benchmark Unavailability Period or at any time that a tenor for the then-current Benchmark is not an Available Tenor, the component of Base Rate based upon the then-current Benchmark or such tenor for such Benchmark, as applicable, will not be used in any determination of Base Rate.

  • Market disruption; non-availability 3.6.1 If and whenever, at any time prior to the commencement of any Interest Period:
