Web-Based (Paperless) Invoicing Delivery Options. The Contractor may offer Paperless Invoicing Delivery Options, which shall be accessed through the web-based application allowing Customers to view and print invoices and detail online. Customers may request complete turn off of all paper with the Customer printing invoices, invoicing detail and Remittance Slip online through the Contractor’s web- based application. Customers may request partial turn off of paper with the Customer printing invoices, invoicing detail as stated above and the Contractor providing a paper Remittance Slip delivered by the United States Post Office. The Contractor shall: 1. Provide the ability for the Customer to establish a monthly invoice email notification, which is delivered to the Customers identified email addresses; 2. Include URL or access link on the email notification directing Customers to their online invoice for viewing and printing;

  • Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses. A truck delivery is all the wood delivered including sorts on super trucks, mule trains and pups brought to the delivery point by a single truck. The Purchaser shall notify the Contract Administrator at least 48 hours in advance if: 1. Purchaser intends to limit the number of truck deliveries accepted on any day to less than that listed above, or 2. Purchaser intends to limit the number of truck deliveries accepted on any day to the number listed above.

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining, and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ 000- 000-0000. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent National Wood Flooring Association inspector (“NWFA Inspector”) to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the NWFA Inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement.   • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately.   • Maximum Share Delivery (i) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Confirmation, the Agreement or the Equity Definitions, in no event will Company at any time be required to deliver a number of Shares greater than two times the Number of Shares (the “Maximum Number of Shares”) to Dealer in connection with the Transaction. (ii) In the event Company shall not have delivered to Dealer the full number of Shares or Restricted Shares otherwise deliverable by Company to Dealer pursuant to the terms of the Transaction because Company has insufficient authorized but unissued Shares (such deficit, the “Deficit Shares”), Company shall be continually obligated to deliver, from time to time, Shares or Restricted Shares, as the case may be, to Dealer until the full number of Deficit Shares have been delivered pursuant to this Section 9(p)(ii), when, and to the extent that, (A) Shares are repurchased, acquired or otherwise received by Company or any of its subsidiaries after the Trade Date (whether or not in exchange for cash, fair value or any other consideration), (B) authorized and unissued Shares previously reserved for issuance in respect of other transactions become no longer so reserved or (C) Company additionally authorizes any unissued Shares that are not reserved for other transactions; provided that in no event shall Company deliver any Shares or Restricted Shares to Dealer pursuant to this Section 9(p)(ii) to the extent that such delivery would cause the aggregate number of Shares and Restricted Shares delivered to Dealer to exceed the Maximum Number of Shares. Company shall immediately notify Dealer of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (A), (B) or (C) and the corresponding number of Shares or Restricted Shares, as the case may be, to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares or Restricted Shares, as the case may be, thereafter.   • SERVICES & DELIVERABLES Seller agrees to perform the services ("Services") and/or provide the goods ("Goods", which term shall include goods provided as part of any Services), described in any PO, in accordance with the applicable PO and with this Agreement. Acceptance of a PO and this Agreement shall occur (i) within five (5) days of receipt by the Seller; or, (ii) upon shipment of Goods; or, (iii) upon commencement of a Service, (whichever is the earlier). Seller shall be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, including all provisions set forth on the face of any applicable PO, whether Seller acknowledges or otherwise signs this Agreement or the PO, unless Seller objects to such terms in writing within five (5) days of receiving the Agreement and/or the PO, prior to shipping Goods or prior to commencing Services. This writing does not constitute a firm offer and may be revoked at any time prior to acceptance. This Agreement may not be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered, except by a writing signed by an authorized Apple representative and specifically stated to be an amendment of this Agreement. Any terms or conditions contained in any acknowledgment, invoice, or other communication of Seller which are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, are hereby rejected. To the extent that this Agreement might be treated as an acceptance of Seller's prior offer, such acceptance is expressly made on condition of assent by Seller to the terms hereof and shipment of the Goods or beginning performance of any Services by Seller shall constitute such acceptance. Apple hereby reserves the right to reschedule any delivery or cancel any PO issued at any time prior to shipment of the Goods or prior to commencement of any Services. Apple shall not be subject to any charges or other fees as a result of such cancellation.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • Payment – Invoicing Instructions The Contractor will provide an invoice on the Contractor’s letterhead for goods delivered and/or services rendered. In the case of goods, the Contractor will leave an invoice with each delivery. Each invoice will have a number and will include the following information: A. Contractor’s name and address B. Contractor’s remittance address, if different from A above C. Contractor’s Taxpayer ID Number
