Weed and Pest Management. The Concessioner shall be responsible for managing weeds, and through an integrated pest management program, harmful insects, rats, mice and other pests on Concession Facilities assigned to the Concessioner under this Contract. All such weed and pest management activities shall be in accordance with Applicable Laws and guidelines established by the Director.
