Rodent Control. 4.13.25.1. When directed by NYCDOT, the Contractor will be responsible for providing all material, labor, and equipment necessary to eliminate or control rodent populations within a landscaped area under this Contract.
4.13.25.2. The Contractor must follow all Laws for the application of any controls such as traps or poison.
4.13.25.3. Unit of measurement: per application.
Rodent Control. Rodent Control measures shall be undertaken by the LESSEE, at XXXXXX’s sole cost and expense, so as to prevent damage to the LEASED PROPERTY. All rodenticides shall be listed in the LESSEE’s Annual Pest Management Plan and shall be included in the STATION’s pesticide authorized use list.
Rodent Control. All turf and landscaped areas shall be maintained free of rodents, to include but not limited to gophers. The reduced presence of other rodents may be requested by the City.
Rodent Control. Regular treatment by bait laying of anticoagulant preparations in areas used as passageways and harbourages of rats and mice, based on a system of permanent/semi-permanent bait stations. These rodenticides provide good control without presenting any hazard to products or personnel. However, if the degree of infestations should ever warrant it, acute bait / chronic rodenticides will be used, but only after close consultation with PAGCOR and then only under the strict supervision of the Contractor. Supplementary control methods such as by mechanical traps and sticky boards, plugging or sealing off of holes that may serve as entry points will also be employed if the situation so warrants.
Rodent Control. Xxxxxx’x meadow jumping mice may be taken incidental to rodent control undertaken within 10 feet of or inside any structure. ‘‘Rodent control’’ includes control of mice and rats by trapping, capturing, or other- wise physically capturing or killing, or poisoning by any substance registered with the Environmental Protection Agency as required by the Federal In- secticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136) and applied con- sistent with its labeling. ‘‘Structure’’ includes but is not limited to any building, stable, grain silo, corral, barn, shed, water or sewage treatment equipment or facility, enclosed parking structure, shelter, gazebo, bandshell, or restroom complex.
Rodent Control. Contractor shall be responsible for controlling all rodents in landscaped areas and damages incurred.
Rodent Control. Indoor trapping: Rodent control inside occupied buildings shall be accomplished with trapping devices only. All such devices shall be concealed and in protected areas so as not to be disturbed by school operations. Trapping devices shall be checked every 24 hours. The Contractor or designated school personnel will be responsible for disposing of all trapped rodents or rodent carcasses in an appropriate manner. Outdoor use of bait boxes: All bait boxes shall be placed out of general view where they will not be disturbed by school operations. The lids of the boxes shall be securely locked of fastened shut. All bait boxes shall be attached or anchored to the floor, wall, or other immovable surface so that the box cannot be picked up or moved. Bait shall always be placed in the baffle protected feeding chamber of the box. All bait boxes shall be labeled on the inside with the Contractor's business name and address. The Contractor's employee shall date the box at the time of installation and after each servicing.
