Bird Control. Provide a comprehensive strategy that aims to manage birds that cause damage or conflict with human activities in an environmentally sensitive manner. IPM services provided by Bidder must include but are not limited to: • Understand the wildlife species, their life cycle, and their needs. • Monitor to keep track of bird activity and damage. • Using habitat modification and other methods to prevent birds from becoming a nuisance. • Control by using a combination of various techniques like deterrents, exclusion, repulsion, or removal, while ensuring compliance with wildlife protection laws. o Wildlife Control Officer (WCO) – certified by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) in accordance with WAC 000-000-000. o Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 | U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (xxx.xxx)

Bird Control. All control measures taken to protect the LESSEE’s crops from damage by birds shall be included in the LESSEE’s Annual Pest Management Plan and shall be approved in advance by the NAVFAC SW POC. No chemical avian pesticides will be allowed on the LEASED PROPERTY. The LESSEE’s Annual Pest Management Plan shall include, but need not be limited to, the bird species, control measures, and estimated take of each species. Measures taken to protect crops from bird damage shall be done in accordance with all Federal, State, and County regulations that may apply.
Bird Control. All control measures (chemical and non-chemical) taken to protect the LESSEE’s nursery stock from damage by birds shall be included in the LESSEE’s Annual Plan and shall be approved in advance by the IPMC and the MCAS Miramar Environmental Management Department. No control measures shall be done without approval from the IPMC and STATION Botanist. No chemical avian pesticides will be allowed on the LEASED PROPERTY. The LESSEE’s Annual Plan shall include, but need not be limited to, the bird species, control measures, and estimated “take” of each species. Measures taken to protect nursery stock from bird damage shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State, and County regulations that may apply.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Control Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, it is understood and agreed that the Trust shall at all times retain the ultimate responsibility for and control of all functions performed pursuant to this Agreement and has reserved the right to reasonably direct any action hereunder taken on its behalf by the Sub-Adviser.
