Common use of Weekday Restriction Clause in Contracts

Weekday Restriction. All employees (except employees who have submitted an Availability Form) are eligible to submit a restriction to be scheduled off any one weekday. This Weekday Restriction shall be granted by seniority however the granting of a Weekday Restriction cannot circumvent participation in fair rotation of shifts. Employees can change their Weekday Restriction up to five (5) times per calendar year.
