Common use of Weekend Language Clause in Contracts

Weekend Language. (a) Work on weekends will be equally distributed amongst the employees who normally do the work over the four month scheduling periods, as identified in Article 17.03. (b) An employee shall not be scheduled to work two consecutive weekends. i) An employee will receive premium pay for all hours worked on a second weekend and subsequent consecutive weekend save and except where: (A) such weekend has been worked by the employee to satisfy specific days off requested by the employee; or (B) such employee has requested weekend work; or (C) such weekend is worked as the result of an exchange of tours with another employee.
