Common use of Weekend Pay Clause in Contracts

Weekend Pay. Any employee who agrees to work a schedule of every weekend will receive a premium of two dollars ($2.00) for each hour actually worked on the weekend, if the employee works two complete shifts on the weekend. If the employee’s commitment is to work only one (1) shift on the weekend, the premium shall be one dollar ($1.00) per hour.
